Legal notice
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This notice identifies the publisher of Nydam AI (https://nydam.ai) and describes how personal data collected on this site is processed.
1. Site publisher
In accordance with article 6 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN):
- Publisher: this site is published by Nydam AI, registered with the Marseille trade register under number 104 651 955.
- Registered office: 25 Boulevard des Dames, 13002 Marseille, France
- Publication director: Nawess AYED
- Contact: contact@nydam.ai
- Host: Hostinger International Ltd., whose registered office is at 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Chypre.
2. Intellectual property
Every element of this site — text, interfaces, visual identity, illustrations and source code — is the exclusive property of Nydam AI. Any reproduction or representation, even partial, is prohibited without prior written permission. The names of third-party software mentioned belong to their respective publishers.
3. Personal data
This site collects personal data in two places only: the demo request form and the name requested before the videos prepared for our prospects. No other page collects any.
3.1 Data controller
The data controller is Nydam AI, registered with the Marseille trade register under number 104 651 955, whose registered office is at 25 Boulevard des Dames, 13002 Marseille, France.
3.2 Data collected and purpose
The data submitted through the form is used solely to arrange the requested demo and to get back in touch about it. It is never sold, rented or used for any other purpose.
- Company name and contact name, to prepare the demo around the business concerned.
- Work email address and phone number, to confirm the appointment.
- Preferred slot, to settle the date.
- For the videos: the name entered and the video watched, together with the date, time and IP address of the visit, to know who watched which video and to be able to get back in touch.
3.3 Legal basis
For demo requests, processing is based on steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR): it is the data subject who asks for the demo. For the videos, it is based on Nydam AI's legitimate interest in knowing who is interested in its offering (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3.4 Recipients
The data is accessible only to the people handling the request, and passes through the following providers:
- The Nydam AI sales team, the only recipient of the content of the request.
- Discord Netherlands BV, which hosts the channel where the request is notified to the team.
- Google Ireland Ltd., for reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which receives the technical data needed to detect robots.
3.5 Retention period
Requests and video views are kept for three years from the last contact with the person, in line with the French data protection authority's guidance on business prospecting, then deleted.
3.6 Your rights
You have the rights granted by the GDPR over your data. They are exercised by writing to contact@nydam.ai, which is answered within one month.
- Right of access and rectification: obtain a copy of your data and have errors corrected.
- Right to erasure and restriction: have your data deleted or its use frozen.
- Right to object and to portability: object to the processing or retrieve your data in a readable format.
- Right to complain: refer the matter to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you consider your rights disregarded.
4. Form protection
The demo request form is protected by reCAPTCHA Enterprise, provided by Google. This service analyses browsing behaviour to tell a visitor from a robot; to that end Google collects technical information (IP address, in-page actions, browser characteristics). Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply to that collection.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracker for marketing purposes. Audience measurement, however, is active from the moment you arrive: you can decline it from the banner shown on your first visit, or at any time from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Here is the full inventory:
- Strictly necessary cookies: those set by reCAPTCHA to protect the demo request form against automated submissions. They require no consent — without them the form does not work.
- Your light or dark mode choice, kept in the browser's local storage. It is never transmitted.
- The slide on screen and the light or dark mode of the company presentation (/presentation), kept in the browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. They are never sent anywhere.
- Your answer to the banner, kept in the browser's local storage so you are not asked again on every visit.
- Google Analytics audience measurement cookies, set from your first visit unless you decline them. Declining stops the measurement immediately, and your choice is kept for later visits.
6. Governing law and disputes
This notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Marseille.
