What is Nydam AI?

What sets Nydam apart from existing software?

Software on the market relies on technologies of the past, which slows its evolution and makes maintenance heavier. Nydam is built on recent technologies: it is modular, evolves continuously and always stays up to date. It is also a complete platform, from purchasing to delivery, powered by AI.

Who is Nydam for?

B2B distributors, wholesalers and buying groups with one or more warehouses. Every team has its own workspace, from the office to the loading dock and the driver.

What does Nydam’s artificial intelligence do?

It reads supplier and customer documents (pro formas, delivery notes, invoices, orders received by email), matches what was ordered, delivered and invoiced, and flags every discrepancy with the documents that prove it. It suggests a decision; the decision always stays with the person accountable for it.

Can I switch on only some modules?

Yes. The eight modules (Auto Supply, Order, Picking, Routes, Billing, POS, Carrier and Upsell) are activated separately, and migration happens module by module, without changing everything at once.

Does Nydam work with my accounting software?

Yes. The Billing module issues invoices, credit notes, deposits and reminders on deliveries actually accepted, and connects with your accounting software, such as Pennylane, Sage, Cegid or Odoo.

How does a demo work?

A thirty-minute guided tour by video call, using your product ranges, your warehouses and your customers. It can be followed by a pilot on one site.
